How it works

Fitting Guidelines11 simple notes for your visit
  1. Fitting fee — ₱200Your ₱200 appointment fee is fully deductible from your dress rental when you confirm a booking during your fitting.
  2. Up to 5 dresses per appointmentChoose your preferred dresses when you book so we can prepare them before your visit.
  3. 30–45 minutes per appointmentTo give every client enough time and privacy, we kindly ask guests to arrive on time.
  4. Come makeup-freePlease avoid wearing makeup, especially foundation, lipstick or other products that may transfer onto the dresses.
  5. Accessories off before fittingKindly remove earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets and other accessories before trying on our pieces.
  6. Easy-to-remove footwear recommendedShoes are removed inside our fitting area, so slip-ons, sandals or slippers are highly recommended.
  7. Clean & fresh, pleaseWe kindly ask clients to avoid applying body oil, lotion, perfume or tanning products immediately before fitting.
  8. Limited companionsWe recommend bringing only one companion to keep our fitting space comfortable and relaxed.
  9. By appointment onlyWalk-ins may not be accommodated. Your appointment allows us to prepare your selected dresses and give you a more personal fitting experience.
  10. Cancellations & no-showsPlease let us know in advance if you need to reschedule: you may reschedule once, at least 24 hours before your appointment. After that, and for cancellations or no-shows, the ₱200 fitting fee is non-refundable.
  11. Bring 1 valid IDPresent a valid ID before entering, for security; you’ll need it for your rental booking as well. We check it and hand it straight back.
